Go to the IRS website and complete a W-9 form. Save it as a pdf and upload it during the onboarding process.

We will accept a Native American tribal document, U.S. citizen ID card, resident citizen ID card, or unexpired employment authorization documents issued by the Department of Homeland Security. Your id will need to be saved as an image file and uploaded during the onboarding process.

You will get login credentials for several Beach City Travel (BCT)  and our travel partners.

District managers have email addresses that begin with the name of their district. All others will be provided an email address that is your firstname.lastname@
