Requirements

Maintain client confidentiality!
Treat our customers with respect and listen.
The more you listen and the less you speak, the more you learn from customers.
You are provided with a coaching handbook. Use it for EVERY CALL.

Review the Contract

We use a standard contract for hire agreement, similar to the one attached. Take a look at the contract and if you find it acceptable, then we will send you an agreement that is ready for signature.
